Bollywood can't see a Slumdog?

Dannny Boyle did a great job. Danny Boyle really worth an Oscar. Imagination and picturization skills of Danny are really appreciable.

But If a non indian ( who may not seen poverty in his life time) can picturize a movie like a slumdog, what an Bollywood director can imagine and create a movie who sees Dharavi (biggest slum) daily on his way to studio. Why cant he see that?

Because Bollywood director is reluctant even to open a window of his BMW or S-class or a Hummer at Dharavi. Why more than 80 percent of the bollywood movies are shot in lavish Europe/Australia? Why directors lingering around the awful comedy? This is the time to realize why bollywood movies can not able to sustain at home ( India) not even for one week or ten days in cinemas.

During my two year stay in a metropolitan city where people only watch bollywood movies, more than 20 times i return from cinema with out watching a movie. Do the directors lack stories? Dear Directors, I want to highlight that India is home of more than 1 billion stories.

Why Directors are not taking the real time problems faced by the common man? A recent good example can be "A Wednesday" or "Lage Raho Munnabhai".

If directors can come out of their lavish flats and start looking India as an indian, definitely can come up with a brilliant imaginations which can help the common society and poverty in India.

Sincere request to Directors: Please do not pretend to be European. You are a born Indian and be like an indian.
